Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
